Where We're Growing
The sun has reappeared and Garden Baby is in full swing for spring and summer 2018. Our spring line is being photographed as I type, and we hope to have it live online in the next few days. Megan and I both have cabin fever, so we are taking Garden Baby on the road! Well, kind-of.
Next Saturday, March 24, you can find us in West Monroe, LA at the Downtown Spring Art Festival! Megan and I are so excited to be part of this festival! We will be there all day – from 10am-5pm. But for our Ruston friends, fret not, the store will be open and well taken care of by our dear friend, and expecting momma, Rebecca Lewis Smart. Stop by and say hello to her!
Our next adventure away from 200 N. Vienna will be right here in Ruston. We are once again participating in the Ruston Maker’s Fair 2018! The fair is April 7th this year, right in downtown Ruston. This is where we began selling our line, so we will be celebrating our first anniversary in both places – at our booth and in the shop. Looking back on the pictures from last year, it’s wild to see how much we have grown as a little company.
We have lots of friends and family coming in for this one (Alex will get to see the shop for the first time !!). It is a great day of artisans and music in our sweet little city, and we hope you’ll come down to experience it.
In other good news, the following week, April 14th, you will find a small version of our booth back at the Ruston Farmer’s Market. We had so much fun there last season, but we were hesitant to have a booth again this year now that the shop is open. But we miss seeing the sights and sounds and our friends at the market, so we’re getting back to it! It really is the best way to start your weekend in Ruston. We plan on being there each Saturday morning from 8am-noon. Our regular shop will still open at 10am, for the late risers. Here's a sneak peak at a few fresh screenprints that'll be making an appearance at these fairs ;)
We’re so excited about what’s ahead, and we hope to meet lots of new friends on these adventures and reconnect with others!
Until we see you – peace and love to you from the Garden Baby family.
